I was 36 and went in for a physical for the first time in 15 years. The doctor told me you need to "change or die". At 36 I was 336 pounds, borderline diabetic, had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I worked out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week for 15 years. It wasn't the workout, it wasn't the diet, it was the mindset. No one stops to think about the track they're on until they're drowning and they can't get out. I was lucky, I got told when I still had a chance to change and save my life, not many get that opportunity. I'm here to tell you that in order to succeed, you need to be willing to change not just for yourself but also your loved ones.

I met Chris Hemsworth on the set for the movie Red Dawn. It was just a case of being in the right place at the right time.
